Warranty

Proper By Design warrants products against defects due to faulty material or workmanship for 2 years after the original date of customer purchase.

This warranty is valid only for:

• The original consumer;
• When the product is purchased through authorized retailers; AND
• With the original sales receipt for proof of purchase to make your warranty claim.

This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from:

• Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel (i.e., anyone other than a Proper By Design team member).
